Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and MVMTLAB Inc., 28, av. de la Gare, bureau 202, Saint-Sauveur (Québec) J0R 1R0. They apply to mvmtlab.com, including the Journal and the Entry Point section. Registering for an Entry Point seminar has its own terms, shown before payment. By using this site, you accept these terms.
Information, not care
This site describes our clinic and our work. Nothing on it is medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment, and reading it doesn't make you a patient of the clinic. Care starts with an assessment in person. If pain is new, severe or getting worse, see a health professional. In an emergency, call 911.
Appointments
Appointments in Saint-Sauveur are booked on Jane App, an external service with its own terms; our cancellation policy is shown when you book. In Vancouver, the clinic sees existing patients every 6–8 weeks; email us to request a visit. Clinical services are never paid for in advance. Care is governed by the clinic's policies and by the rules of the clinician's regulatory body: the Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec in Québec, and the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia in British Columbia.
Writing to us
Email isn't for emergencies. Please don't include details about your health: we'll talk about them in person. We reply on clinic days.
What we're building
The measurement platform described on this site (motion capture, force plates, EEG during movement and a digital twin) is in development, and its description may change. These tools support the clinician's assessment; they don't replace it.
Intellectual property
The text, images, design, MVMTLAB logo, Journal articles and program names belong to MVMTLAB Inc. Photos of athletes are used with their permission. You may share a link to this site; any other reuse needs our written permission.
Links
This site links to other services, such as Jane App, Stripe for Entry Point registrations, and the Neuroplasticity Gym website. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent Québec law permits, MVMTLAB is not liable for indirect losses that come from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intentional or gross fault, or for bodily or moral injury caused by our fault.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last update; the version online applies from that date.
Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. They are drawn up in French; this English version is provided for information, and the French version prevails if they differ.
