Breathwork helps us connect to our true selves. By connecting to our breath we deepen our understanding of ourselves and life around us. We connect to our bodies by feeling sensations within us. Connection with others can become easier and lighter. In nature, we can enjoy the fresh air, inhaling deeply to receive life and exhaling to let go. As we exchange oxygen and CO2 with plants we are reminded that we really are connected to nature.
