9-Session Coaching Package: Dr. Jeff Almon

This package offers a comprehensive program comprising three one-hour online consulting videoconferences each month over a three-month period, totalling nine sessions. Throughout these sessions, we will define your goals, be they physical or professional, identify obstacles, and devise strategies to overcome them, whether they pertain to physical or mental challenges.
