4. Cancellation or postponement by MVMTLAB
If MVMTLAB cancels or postpones a seminar, including when minimum enrolment is not reached 45 days before, you choose a full refund or a transfer. MVMTLAB is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs; we recommend refundable tickets and bookings.
5. Continuing education
Every participant who attends all hours receives a certificate of attendance stating the title, dates, instructor and number of hours. You are responsible for reporting these hours to your college under its rules. The seminar is recognized by a body only when that recognition is shown on the seminar page with the body's name; no number of credits is otherwise guaranteed.
6. Practical labs and health
Labs are done in pairs: you assess a colleague and they assess you. Techniques are non-invasive. You may decline to be assessed, in whole or in part, at any time. Before the seminar, tell us about any condition that could make a test unsuitable for you (recent injury, surgery, pregnancy, other). You take part at your own risk to the extent the law allows; nothing in these terms limits MVMTLAB's liability for its own fault.
7. Intellectual property
The seminar content, manual and handouts belong to MVMTLAB. They are for your own professional use. Recording the seminar (audio, video or photo) without written permission is not allowed, nor is reproducing, selling or teaching the content.
8. Conduct
The seminar is a professional setting. MVMTLAB may remove a participant whose conduct is inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.
9. Personal information
Your information is handled under the Entry Point privacy policy.
10. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec. The parties have required that this contract be drawn up in French; this English version is provided for information. If the versions differ, the French version prevails.
